QUALIFICATIONS: To succeed in this role, you should have: * HVAC or EPA certification (required). * Pool operation and maintenance experience (preferred). * Minimum of 2 years of multifamily experience with a focus on repairs, maintenance, and customer service. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position involves physical activities, and you should be able to: * Lift objects up to 75 lbs. * Bend, stoop, and twist into small areas. * Bend forward when picking up objects from the ground. * Reach overhead for an extended period of time due to overhead repair work.
