Program Manager - Security Clearance Required

Truestone is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead a critical communications system installation project on a U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier (CVN). The selected individual will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of the upgrade, ensuring that all project objectives are met within scope, on time, and within budget. This is a high-visibility role that requires exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills.ResponsibilitiesManages program(s) to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives. Responsible for the delivery of an assigned program(s). Manages the planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery. Tracks progress against milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports to senior management. Responsible for managing activities of external consultants and/or vendors. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles. Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions. Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies. Typically requires BA and 5-7 years.QualificationsBA, 5-7 years' experience in project management. Experience in managing external consultants and/or vendors. Experience tracking budgets, performance and preparing reports for senior management.
