SummaryMilgard Windows and Doors is looking for a part-time Custodian to come and join our Temecula, CA team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within the window and door manufacturing plant. This role ensures a safe and sanitary environment for employees and visitors by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. ResponsibilitiesPerform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste materials. Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Assist with setting up and cleaning after events or meetings, as needed. Report any repairs or maintenance needs to the supervisor. QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills.
