Complimentary tickets for friends and family Discounts on food and park merchandise Employee-onlyevents and gatheringsPositions are currently available for those who are18or older.Responsibilities:Asapart of the CarowindsLive Showsteam, your daily assigned duties would be as follows: Work as a technician with audio, lighting, networking and show control backgrounds. Workas an Audio Engineer with troubleshooting skills, understanding of signal flow in live mixing; knowledge ofQLabplayback and show control as well as digital sound consoles such as Mackie andAllen+Heathare a plus. Work as a Master Electrician to oversee andmaintaindesignated show rigs and control systems. Must be capable of troubleshooting equipment and software problems at a moment's notice. Knowledge of conventional and moving lighting fixtures, DMX addressing and ETC Consoles area must. Knowledge of Video Walls, Pixel/LED tape and Power Distro Racks are a plus. Operate a variety of equipment, as assigned, such as golf carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, construction equipment, and motor vehicles. Other duties may be assignedQualifications:Experience in live show production in a theme park or theatrical setting Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited tocriminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Driver's licenserequired.
