What You'll Do As aReal Estate Property Accountant , you will be responsible for accurate and timely property-level financial reporting, supporting portfolio growth under the guidance of Portfolio Accountants and the Accounting Manager. Your key responsibilities will include: Lead month-end close activities for multiple properties to ensure timely and accurate financial statementsPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly/year-end CAM reconciliationsManage accounts receivable, cash receipts, and execute cash transfers including wires and checksCollaborate with asset and property managers on budgeting, forecasting, and debt complianceSupport annual audits and assist with various accounting tasks as requiredWhat You Bring: Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field1-2 years of real estate accounting experienceStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reportingExperience with Yardi accounting softwareFamiliarity with development accounting processes PandoLogic.
