Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking afull time (1.0 FTE) Neonatologist Physicianto join our regionalNeonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)team located in Grand Rapids and Muskegon, Michigan. Practice Features: Grand Rapids is a 15-bed NICU Level III & Muskegon is an 8-bed Level II Special Care Nursery Regional position: Physician will start in Grand Rapids and will begin rotation to Muskegon after orientation period The current team includes 3 Neonatology Physicians and 18 APPs between Grand Rapids and Muskegon Multidisciplinary team with opportunity to teach Residents and Medical Students Schedule of 7 days on/ 7 days off in Grand Rapids; followed by 7 days on/ 7 days off in Muskegon Call only applicable during 7 day on period As a THMG employed provider, you can anticipate: Competitive salary: $330K annual base compensation Additional value-based performance incentive: up to $20K annually Recruitment incentive: Starting bonus of $50K Recruitment incentive: Up to $100K student loan repayment (for qualifying candidates) Relocation assistance: Up to $10K (for qualifying candidates) Full-time comprehensive benefit package Employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage CME funds of $3K annually; licensure and professional membership support 403b with employer contribution & match and 457b savings plan Qualifications: Open to experienced provider or new graduate Physicians must be board certified in their specialty, or board eligible and will become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
