Position Title: Shipper (Full-Time)Location: Hopedale, MAPay Rate: $20.00/hourHours: 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-FridayA well-established manufacturing company in Hopedale, MA is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper to join their production team. This company specializes in producing high-durability transfer, patch, and embossed labels using proprietary screen-printing technology and custom-developed inks, primarily serving large, global manufacturers in the rubber hose industry.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and process shipments accurately using FedEx and UPS shipping systemsBuild pallets securely for domestic and international shipmentsGenerate and submit shipment paperwork to the office, including package dimensions and weightsLabel, staple, and prepare products for final packaging and dispatchConduct inventory checks and record data in Excel spreadsheetsEnsure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of materials and finished goodsMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standardsLift and move packages and materials up to 50 pounds regularlyPreferred but Not Required:Experience with international shipping, including pallets and small-package expressFamiliarity with shipping documentation for international orders (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)Qualifications:Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environmentProficiency with FedEx and UPS shipping systems (required)Basic Microsoft Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCapable of lifting and moving heavy objects throughout the workdayPowered by JazzHR
