CHAMPAIGN RESIDENTIAL SERVICES CRSIis hiring Part-Time Programming / Office Assistant supports the Regional Office with a variety of tasks. Per the Program Administrator, those tasks may include supporting departments other than programming. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Updates and maintains Facesheets. Maintains releases for Program Specialists. This includes sending the releases to the guardians for their signature, making copies for Direct Support Managers, and filing of releases. Keeps releases up to date (Client Rights, Behavioral Med Consent & Annual Review complete yearly), mail to guardians and follow up, file in office books, and put copies in DSM mailboxes. Files documents for the Program Specialists, Program Administrator and other office staff as needed. This will include filing hardcopies and electronic files, and assist with central filing for storage. Maintain filing systems (hardcopy and electronic) and ensure forms are current and available. Assist with entering, monitoring and updating services/outcomes and schedules into Advisor. Help prepare and electronically file bi-weekly payroll. Greet victors and assist them as needed. Answer main office line and assist callers. Assist with monitoring the credential report to ensure compliance. Contact employees to schedule annual training and update employee requirements. Assist in organizing special agency functions and complete special projects as assigned. Maintain inventory and order office and medical/PPE supplies for office and homes. Complete monthly office inspections and track trainings of office staff as required by the Safety and Health Committee. Open and sort mail. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Related experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities is a plus. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. Excellent organizational skills. Effective interpersonal communication skills are essential. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Compensation details: 15-15 Hourly Wage PIdf2-3275
