Shift:Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement Salary:$144,751-180,939 plus annual target bonus If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities: Provides leadership and direction to the PTP operations team"”including Indirect Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Expense teams"”ensuring operational excellence, efficiency, and collaboration while managing daily operations, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement projects tooptimizePTP processes and technology for value creation across the organization Oversee day-to-day Procure to Pay (PTP) operations and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring supplier onboarding, invoice processing, and compliance with internalpolicies and regulations Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) tomonitorand improve PTP operations and assess the impact of change initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of PTP processes across the organization Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, drive cost savings, andidentifyopportunities for automation and process optimization Utilize data analytics to provide insights for best practice service delivery andmaintaineffective management of contractutilizationand tail spend Other duties as assigned RequiredEducationand Experience: Bachelor'sDegreewith8plus years of experience in a high-volume transaction setting inAccounts Payable,Procurement, Supply Chain,Accountingand/or Financeand 4 plus years ofmanagementor HighSchoolDiploma/GeneralEducationDiploma with11 plus years of experience in a high-volume transaction setting in Accounts Payable, Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting and/or Finance and 5 plus years ofmanagement experience PreferredEducationand Experience: Proficient withProcure to Pay system, i.e.,Aribaor similar PTP platform Proficient withInvoice management system including OCR,with an emphasis in a high-volume Purchase Order/Account Payable processing environment Understanding of a cloud-based ERP i.e., SAP software Experience working in a distribution,logisticsand/ormanufacturing environment
