Description:JOB TITLE: Assistant Program AdministratorDEPARTMENT: Program ManagementREPORTING TO: Program AdministratorPRIMARY FUNCTION OF POSITION: Responsible for data entry and Excel tool developmentDESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:Support role for Program Management minimal customer interface as neededCustomer order book management through internal and customer portal data entryAnalysis of customer shipment/invoice historySystem entry of Returned Material Authorization (RMA's)PREFERRED SKILLS:Knowledge of MS Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel), with high priority on Excel.Knowledge of SAP Ariba system preferred, but not required.Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in order book management Knowledge of basic accounting principlesQuick learner, critical thinking and good problem-solving skillsEDUCATION:High School Diploma or GEDPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:While performing duties of this job, the employee is required to have good hearing and sight.
