Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU.ResponsibilitiesProvide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from injuries or disease Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health. Examine patients’ medical histories and then test and measure the patients’ strength, range of motion, balance and coordination, posture, muscle performance, respiration, and motor function Develop appropriate treatment plans to help patients achieve their goalsQualificationsJob Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 1 years’ experience required (this requirement will be waived with a strong recommendation from an acute care or outpatient clinical affiliation) Current valid NJ State Physical Therapy license Maintain American Heart Association Basic Life Support HCP Certification Preferred Job Requirements: Master’s degree or PhD in Physical Therapy 2 years’ experience Experience with electronic health recordsPay Range Minimum:$43.17Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
