Field Service Representative - Multi-Family & Commercial Construction Build Relationships. Solve Problems. Shape the Future of Construction. We're looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Field Service Representative to support our Multi-Family and Commercial construction accounts. What You'll Do As a Field Service Rep, you'll be the go-to resource for our clients-ensuring their needs are met, their projects stay on track, and their experience with UFP is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include: * Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication and jobsite visits in the following areas: Raleigh, NC / Greensboro, NC / Durham, NC / Central NC * Resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and project continuity. * Provide valuable market insights on competitors, service trends, and customer needs. * Identify opportunities for product enhancements or modifications to better serve clients. * Support Account Managers in generating new business and promoting our product lines. * Monitor regional sales activity and contribute to strategic planning. * Assist with project setup, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform jobsite drive-bys as needed. * Prepare reports and documentation to support internal and external communication. What You Bring * High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in construction, customer service, or a related field. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus. * Knowledge of UFP's products and culture is a bonus.
