Why Join Our Team? * Competitive pay * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, 401K, and paid holidays * Medical benefits starting on the 1st of the month after 30 days * Supportive team environment * Opportunities for career growth and development * Join a company that values excellence, teamwork, and professionalism What You'll Do * Perform maintenance and repairs across apartments, common areas, irrigation systems, and grounds * Complete all service requests within one business day (except under extraordinary circumstances) * Coordinate with vendors on housekeeping, carpet, and floor repairs for vacant units * Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked maintenance shop * Be available for 24-hour emergency on-call rotation while maintaining a professional, courteous attitude * Provide technical support for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more * Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company standards at all times What You Bring * HVAC or EPA certification (preferred) * Pool operation and maintenance experience (preferred) * Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience * Strong working knowledge of appliance repair, HVAC troubleshooting, plumbing, carpentry, electricity, and irrigation systems * Ability to work as part of an on-call rotation for 24-hour maintenance Physical Requirements * Lift up to 75 lbs * Bend, stoop, twist, and work in small spaces * Reach overhead for extended periods Ready to Join Us?
