Plumber/HVAC/Service Technician As a mechanical contractor, BION installs heating and cooling (HVAC) systems, plumbing systems and medical gas systems with a specialization in the healthcare industry. Our work involves assembling, installing, alter and/or repairing piping systems that carry water, steam, air or other liquids or gases along with the installation of HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures and medical gas equipment. The Mechanic Position is a full time (40 hour per week), hourly position. Our Service and Maintenance Department offers solutions for your immediate emergency repairs, equipment replacements, diagnostic recommendations, annual testing and cyclic preventative maintenance of Commercial Mechanical, Plumbing and Medical Gas Systems to include, but not limited to, the following: * A/C and Refrigerator Walk-in Units * Air Handling Units including Rooftop Units, Self-Contained Units, IT Room Systems * Backflow Devices including testing, repairing and re-certifications * Boiler Systems * Chillers and Cooling Towers * Computer Room A/C Units * Fire/Smoke Damper Inspection and Repair for
