Adjunct Professor - MLP Sonography Program

Provide didactic instruction to students in the Sonography Program at Machon L'ParnasaTeach courses within the Sonography curriculum that coordinates with clinical experienceDevelop course objectives, lesson plans, curriculum, syllabusDesign, prepare, and develop teaching material that conforms to the AIUM, SDMS and JRCDMS guidelines regarding sonography educationInstruct and evaluate students and report progress, utilizing Touro instructional tools (i.e., Canvas, etc.)Cooperate and participate in periodic review and revision of course material and program materialsMaintain appropriate expertise and competencies through continuing professional developmentEducation/ ExperienceBachelor's Degree required or equivalent related experience.Master's Degree preferred.Teaching experienceFor sonography specific courses, RDMS certification required.Knowledge /Skills/ AbilitiesFamiliarity in online learning platforms including Banner, Canvas, Blackboard, & Adobe Connect.A high degree of interpersonal competency: professionalism, diplomacy, judgement and discretion.Demonstrated ability to develop positive and cooperative relationships with students, faculty and colleagues.Demonstrated proficiency in communication (written and verbal).
