Job DescriptionPerform Export Control Classification for hardware, software and technology Handle US re-export compliance tasks Execute further tasks e.g., De Minimis calculation, Exporter's License Administration Ensure data is up-to-date according to changes in related legislation Tariff Code Classification Tariff classification for Bosch materials, all divisions Process requests and emails related to tariff classification, including reference creation and explanation sheets Support tariff reviews and request missing technical documents via TDC Conduct quality checks and verify tariff codes for accuracy and compliance Ensure that data is up-to-date according to changes in related legislation QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related major and 3+ years experience with Export classifications, or Associate’s degree in related major and 7+ years experience with Export classifications Ability to read and analyze technical documents of Bosch's product portfolio Self-learning and staying up-to-date on Tariff Codes and Export Control Classification at both international and national levels Collaborate with other departments, such as Governance and R&D (e.g.,) to ensure accurate TC & EC classification Ability to explain and persuade others of the classification results in a professional manner Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
