Position: Box Truck Driver (OTR) Location: Waldorf, MD (Travel) Position Type: Permanent Travel: 100% Job Description: Drive in all 48 states. It's an "over the road " Job, so that you will be on the road for a minimum of 3 weeks. Pick up the truck in Waldorf MD. Safety and road tests will be performed as a part of the job hiring process. Pick up and delivery every day using a pallet jack and lift gate Driving 10-11 hours per day (550mi - 700m) Requirements: New Trucks: Our trucks are 2023, equipped with sleeper compartments, ensuring comfortable rest during long-haul trips. It's super important that you know how to use the ELD You should have been driving a 26ft box truck for the past 2 years. No more than 2 moving violations within the last two years No DUIs within the last 10 years Chargeable accidents in the last 5 years will be reviewed by the hiring committee No driver's license suspensions in the last 2 years Interacting in a positive and professional manner with the general public while working Possession of a truck GPS device is mandatory.
