SW Regional Truck Driver. Home WeeklyWe are expanding our SW Regional fleet and looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers who are needing weekly home time, as well as a competitive pay and benefits package.Requirements:Must be 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months solo verifiable Class A CDL driving experience in the last 36 months. The 3 months experience must be with no more than two carriers, and driver can have no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 monthsFor drivers with less than 6 months of experience, the driver can have no preventable CMV roadway accidents.CANNOT be under contract with another carrierExperience must be with trailers greater than 40 feet. Will count local experience.Must have a stable job history, a good MVR, good background and be able to pass ALL pre-employment screeningsDetails:• Regionalized Freight: Freight for our Southwest Regional Fleet is focused in specific regions, allowing for consistent home time and manageable routes that meet your needs.• 34-hour resets and regionalized freight tailored to your needs, we balance the weekly home time you want with the miles to keep you moving.• Average Weekly Miles: Drivers typically run 2,000 miles per week depending on Hours of Service (HOS) and availability.• Average Length of Haul: 300 miles.• Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.• Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 40l k retirement (with match), life insurance and much more. Available in 30 days.Pay and Bonuses:• Average Weekly Pay: $1100-$1200 gross per week.• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.• Performance Bonus: Earn up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity, starting the first of the month following your hire date.
