Maintenance Manager

SCOPE OF POSITION: The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing and completing all maintenance duties, tasks and documentation required at the Marianna, FL Proud Source Water facility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Preventative Maintenance:Ensure the maintenance team is performing all PM as outlined in the master maintenance schedule.Signing off and documenting all PM within MaintainX .Ensuring the maintenance technicians are performing all PM in a manner that is not detrimental to food safety and quality. Routine Maintenance & Repairs:Managing the maintenance technicians and supervisor to complete all required repairs in the facility and on the production line as needed or requested through MaintainX w ork orders.Managing the maintenance technicians and supervisor to ensure all parts that are required repairs in the facility and on the production line are in stock and on hand.Reviewing all documentation on work ordersManaging techs and supervisor to ensure all maintenance and repairs are being completed in a manner that is not detrimental to food safety and quality.Working with the Supply Chain Coordinator to schedule appropriate down time for production line change overs and maintenance. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily.
