Physical Therapist Job DescriptionThe role of a Physical Therapist is to examine and treat patients with physical impairments, utilizing various physical modalities to enhance their mobility and independence. Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' range of motion, strength, balance, and overall functional capacity. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between settings. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans. Required Skills and Qualifications:Current licensure in the state of employment. Valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance. Dependable transportation and ability to drive safely in all weather conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
