Lead Field Service Technician for Honeywell International, Inc. in Canton, MA Responsibilities: * Responsible for commissioning Control System. Install pre-engineered software, checkout control systems, start-up, and commission systems and fine tune their operations as per customer requirements or job specifications or both. * Use productivity tools such as wireless commissioning to improve efficiency. * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ability to make software changes to meet specific requirements. * Aware of Honeywell's scope of work and protect financial impact due to changes by supporting and obtaining change orders wherever appropriate. * Coordinate with other trades and customer/General Contractors/ Mechanical Contractors as well as Honeywell engineering. YOU MUST HAVE: * Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 4 years of experience installing, programming, and commissioning Building Automation Systems. * Must have 4 years of experience with the following: experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems; understanding of BACnet communication protocol; and understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings. * Must have 1 year of experience with the following: experience working with Niagara 4 software. * Must have an N4 certification. * Approximately 75% domestic travel required, including overnight stays. * Telecommuting permitted when not at customer site. * Must live in the eastern Massachusetts area in order to travel to customer sites. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * Location: Canton, MA * 40 hours/week * $146,411/year * Employee Referral Fee: $1500 * If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
