We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to join our elite service team. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for an experienced technician who thrives in dynamic environments and can lead by example in the field. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of mechanical and electrical equipment, generating detailed repair estimates, mentoring junior technicians, and upholding our high standards of safety and performance. What You'll Do: * Travel nationwide to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting complex equipment. * Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems in industrial and maritime machinery. * Identify parts and materials needed for service and ensure availability. * Prepare detailed quotations outlining labor, materials, and scope of work. * Lead and mentor field teams ensure top-tier workmanship and safety compliance. * Communicate directly with customers to explain technical issues and deliver service solutions. * Document work thoroughly in service reports for internal and client records. * Always maintain safety and compliance standards. What You'll Work On: You will be servicing and supporting mission-critical systems including: * Weapons Elevators * Cargo Elevators * Shipboard Cranes * Hoists and Winches * Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) * Watertight and Airtight Doors * Aircraft Support and Handling Systems * Pneumatic and Electro-mechanical Deck Equipment What You Bring: * At least 2 years of field service experience in industrial or commercial equipment maintenance. * Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. * Proven leadership and training capabilities in field environments. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice. * Must be a U.S. Citizen (due to NOFORN access requirements); dual citizenship not permitted.
