Back of House Staff

FandF Restaurant Mt. Lebanon is looking for Pizza Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Dishwashers to join our opening team!  You’ll collaborate closely with both Front of House and Back of House team members to ensure smooth service and consistent quality. This role requires a passion for food, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude, all while upholding company standards and delivering a great guest experience. Requirements:  1+ years kitchen prep or line cook experience ( Pizza or dough experience is a plus!)  Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment Basic knife skills with familiarity and comfortability in kitchen Outstanding communication and organizational skills Proven ability to be a team player Flexible Schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Benefits for our BOH staff include: Health Insurance (for full time employees), Paid Time Off,  Employee Dining Program, and more!
