6-Month Contract-to-Hire | Weekly Pay | Monday–Friday 5/8s We are currently seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to perform inspections, repairs, and modifications on a variety of general aviation aircraft, including Citation, King Air, Gulfstream, and more. This role involves performing complex maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft meet airworthiness and FAA compliance standards. Responsibilities: Service, troubleshoot, repair, modify, preserve, maintain, and overhaul general aviation aircraft and components. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals to perform accurate repairs. Record all work performed, assuming full accountability through logbook or tracking entries. Perform touch-up painting and experimental/developmental work as assigned. Maintain clean, safe, and FOD-free work areas. Adhere to company procedures, FAA regulations, and OEM specifications. Job Type: Full-time | Contract-to-Hire | Monday–Friday, 5/8s schedule Qualifications: FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required. 3+ years hands-on experience maintaining general aviation aircraft (e.g., Cessna, Beechcraft, Lear, Gulfstream). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Must provide own inventoried, engraved, and shadowed toolbox. Must pass a 10-year background check and FAA DOT drug screening. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of U.S. Citizenship. Corporate aircraft experience a plus.
