We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who is passionate about hands-on problem-solving, preventative maintenance, and keeping operations running at peak performance. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity for a highly skilled professional who takes pride in precision, safety, and teamwork. Job Location: Reidsville, NC Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Salary: $65,000-95,000/annual Schedule: Monday–Friday with possibility of variating or extended shifts, and occasional weekend or holiday work Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision plans Paid vacation and company-paid holidays Life insurance, disability, and critical illness coverage Health Savings Account (HSA) / Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Retirement savings plan with company match Employee assistance program Discretionary annual bonus program Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery Perform preventative maintenance on production and electrical systems Troubleshoot and repair electrical components, including PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, power supplies, and sensors Modify or assist with installation of mechanical and electrical systems as needed Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend reorders to minimize downtime Use diagnostic tools (micrometers, multimeters, voltage testers, etc.) to evaluate and test equipment Interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics or blueprints Complete work orders in a timely manner and communicate daily progress via logs or digital systems Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; education in electrical technology preferred 5+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical repair within an industrial setting Strong knowledge of 110–480V (3-phase) electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC systems (programming experience is a plus) Skilled in interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, standing, reaching, and kneeling Ability and willingness to wear PPE and adhere to all safety standards Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional holidays/weekends Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Preferred Skills & Attributes: Experience with servo motors, sensors, and AC/DC motor systems Prior work in a high-volume manufacturing environment Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying process improvements Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for self and others Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Maintenance Manager and/or Maintenance Lead .
