Maintenance Reliability Manager | Manufacturing

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Reliability Manager to lead all maintenance and reliability initiatives at our manufacturing facility. This role is critical in ensuring equipment availability, improving asset performance, and driving a culture of preventive and predictive maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and optimizing PM programs, leading maintenance teams, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in a high-volume production environment. QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of maintenance and reliability management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated success in setting up, executing, and optimizing PM programs. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Experience using CMMS software to track maintenance activities and asset performance. Proven ability to lead teams and drive cultural and operational change. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and industrial safety standards. This role will sit ONSITE out of Lewistown, PA
