Role: Line & Customer Service Representative (LST) Location: Plymouth, MA (PYM) Job Type: Part Time – on-call weekend shifts may be required Pay: $18 per hour Reports to: Line Service Manager Proposed Start Date: As soon as able Mike Goulian Aviation (MGAV) is a rapidly growing aviation company that focuses on training pilots and aircraft owners to fly a technically advanced aircraft and provides pilot mentorship, aircraft management and maintenance for these aircraft. It is a Platinum Cirrus Training Center and winner of the 2022 Cirrus Training Center of the Year award that prides itself on providing the highest level of flight instruction. MGAV is also a Cirrus & Husky Certified Service Center that handles a wide variety of maintenance needs. MGAV is seeking a Line & Customer Service Representative (LST) at our Plymouth, MA (PYM) location. We are passionate about aviation, and it is our goal to set the highest standard the general aviation industry has seen with our aircraft, service, and safety. The LST would be responsible for a variety of duties, to include greeting and assisting customers, aircraft cleaning, aircraft towing, light computer work to administer our flight schedule. Other duties may be assigned as required by the company. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Customer service representative duties: greeting and assisting customers with all of their flights and flight training needs. Line service representative duties: Aircraft ground handling: (towing and marshalling), cleaning, avionics database updates, and coordinating fueling of aircraft. Office and vehicle upkeep. General facilities maintenance and upkeep. Other duties as required by the company. Required education, experience, and abilities: A valid Driver’s License is required. Excellent communication skills. Motivation to join a dynamic and focused team. Ability to quickly learn and assimilate MGAV and Cirrus aircraft standards and policy. Candidates are expected to demonstrate an overall high motivation to work and have a high energy level. Must be eager to learn and have a positive attitude towards a very fast-paced learning environment. Preferred education and experience: Background in aviation. Background in general facilities maintenance or general contracting. High School Diploma or equivalent. Working conditions: Daily outside ramp and hangar work (towing aircraft with vehicle, cleaning of aircraft in hangar, hangar upkeep). Wear provided uniform shirts and jackets on a daily basis.
