Customer Service Representative

Our client, a waste management services provider is seeking a full time Customer Service Associate to join their team in Christiansburg, VA. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous administrative experience, be a self starter, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for receiving routine customer calls and complaints, and delivering superior customer service in a prompt and respectful manner. DETAILS Respond to inbound and outbound customer service calls Resolve billing issues, service inquiries and cancellations Enter service data into computer system for billing and scheduling purposes Log and update customer interactions into system QUALIFICATIONS Associate's degree preferred Minimum of 3 years of related experience Experience in the Solid Waste Industry preferred Microsoft Office proficiency PAY/BENEFITS $18-20/hour Company benefits & PTO
