Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager role in Muncy, PA! We are seeking Maintenance Manager with a strong background in equipment reliability, process optimization, and team leadership. This individual will play a key role in improving line efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting long-term business goals through proactive maintenance strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with maintenance best practices to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement preventative actions to eliminate recurring issues Manage the maintenance budget, including repairs and spare parts, while optimizing overall cost effectiveness Lead initiatives to streamline maintenance methods and reduce unplanned production downtime Track and analyze maintenance-related KPIs; take corrective action where needed to ensure performance goals are met Collaborate with site leadership to resolve technical issues and drive continuous improvement Identify opportunities for capital improvements and provide technical input to support project execution Qualifications Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or a related field) is preferred 5+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-speed production environment Strong people management and team-building skills Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Proven track record managing reliability and maintenance projects Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control maintenance-related costs Experience implementing lean maintenance practices or continuous improvement initiatives Excellent technical troubleshooting abilities U.S. citizen or green card holder What's In It For You 401(k) match Comprehensive benefit package Bonus, PTO, and much more Several growth opportunities Opportunity to a lead a team in a fast-paced environment
