Purchasing Assistant

What your future day will look like: Enter and maintain purchase and manufacturing orders, including updates for pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines Coordinate with vendors to confirm orders and ensure timely shipments Track and manage rehandle orders and incoming components for production Collaborate with Receiving to resolve discrepancies in order quantities Monitor and update shipping details and documentation for all orders Support Customer Service and Sales teams with direct shipment orders and sample tracking Prepare monthly vendor performance reports Maintain clear, consistent communication across departments Keep your workspace organized and contribute to a positive team environment Benefits Offered: Competitive benefits once hired on!
