Key Responsibilities: Ensure Equipment Availability: Perform electrical maintenance and machine support tasks to keep equipment operational and minimize downtime Promote Safety: Adhere to and promote Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards to ensure a safe working environment Maintain High Quality Standards: Follow quality procedures and demonstrate attention to detail in all work Support Preventive Maintenance: Provide feedback and perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment lifespan Efficient Problem Solving: Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints, solve problems, and improve processes Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities that enhance quality, safety, and productivity Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with team members and support teams to ensure smooth operations Personal Development: Engage in training and development to support both personal growth and business goals. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills- Must have an accredited 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Recognize Controls Safety and apply Manufacturing Knowledge Troubleshoot Electrical Systems Collaborate Effectively Communicate Clearly Focus on Customers Make Quality Decisions Drive Results Learn Nimblely Champion Health and Safety Recognize Controls Safety Troubleshoot Electrical Systems Implement Factory Automation Program Machines Apply Manufacturing Knowledge Value Differences. High school diploma or equivalent required This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations Must have an accredited 2-year associate degree in Electrical Design, Industrial Electrical Machine Controls/Programming, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. Requires some work experience or intermediate-level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
