This role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, including TAVR, MitraClip, and select peripheral vascular cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, clinically skilled, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in all Cath Lab procedures, including diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath, TAVR, MitraClip, and peripheral vascular cases.Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-procedure, ensuring safety and quality outcomes.Operate Cath Lab equipment, including Merge Hemodynamics documentation system.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, techs, and nurses to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.Participate in required on-call rotation and float assignments.Unit & Facility DetailsRooms: 3 Cath Lab procedure roomsVolume: ~3,000 cases/yearSpecial Designations: Chest Pain Center accredited; STEMI tertiary referral centerSupport Services: Intensivist in-house, 24/7 RT, Pharmacy, and IV TeamCharting: Cerner EMR, Merge HemodynamicsRequired QualificationsCertifications: BLS, ACLS, and either RCIS or ARRT (mandatory)Experience: Recent Cath Lab experience required; ability to handle high-acuity casesReferences: 2 supervisory references required at submission (1 within last 12 months, 1 within last 3 years)Other: Not employed by any CommonSpirit facility (FT, PT, or PRN) in the past 12 months; PRN via outside firm acceptablePreferred SkillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environmentsExcellent communication skills with patients and care teamsAbility to learn and adapt quickly to unit workflows and protocolsSchedule & CallPrimary: 3×12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30)Call: One night/week and up to every other weekendDress CodeCV Tech scrubs provided/worn per unit policyAbout Nationwide Therapy Group NTG is a proud partner with healthcare professionals across the country.
