Customer Success Specialist Tuvoli is transforming how private aviation does business. Our innovative platform combines a feature-rich charter booking toolset with a modern, secure payment solution that simplifies and accelerates transactions across the industry. We’re seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about aviation technology and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This person will serve as a trusted partner to our users—supporting them through onboarding, training, and long-term adoption of our platform. This position is based out of our office in Daytona, FL at the Embry Riddle campus and will be required to be in the office a few days a week. What You’ll Do As a Customer Success Specialist at Tuvoli, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed with our products. You’ll: Guide new charter operators and brokers through onboarding and implementation Deliver engaging product training to drive adoption and satisfaction Provide responsive, thoughtful support to users via Zendesk (email, chat, phone) Troubleshoot issues and escalate effectively when needed Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and advocating for their success Participate in product testing and feedback loops to improve the user experience Share on-call duties with the team Communicate clearly and patiently across a wide range of user backgrounds and technical levels Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer-focused improvements What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who’s customer-obsessed, resourceful, and eager to be part of a growing team. The ideal candidate will have: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 2+ years in a customer success, support, or account management role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—empathetic, clear, and approachable Strong organizational and time management abilities Technical aptitude and comfort with learning new platforms Experience using Zendesk or other customer service platforms (a plus) Experience with payment or banking is a plus Background or interest in aviation or travel is highly desirable Why Tuvoli?
