We are seeking skilled and compassionate PT Tech to join our team. A PT Tech will be responsible for treating patients with a variety of diagnoses. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their developmental skills and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities: * Assist in the implementation of physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist * Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions * Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in functional abilities and response to treatment * Collaborate with SOAL's Multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans based on patient needs and goals * Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies for maximizing independence * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Qualifications: * minimum of 6 months of Patient Care assistance * High School Diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology a plus As a PT Tech you will play vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
