If you have experience in mechanical assembly and a strong attention to detail, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a growing industry.Shifts & Pay1st Shift: $20.00/hour | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM2nd Shift: $21.40/hour | Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM ? Pay increase after 90 days!Position SummaryAs an HVAC Assembler, you’ll play a vital role in assembling refrigeration and piping systems for industrial air conditioning units. This hands-on position involves working with specialized tools, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring high-quality, precise builds.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble refrigeration components, piping, and copper fittings according to mechanical drawings and specificationsUse hand and power tools, including pipe cutters, benders, flaring tools, drills, and oxy-propane welding equipmentPerform leak and pressure tests to ensure system integrity and quality standardsRead and interpret technical blueprints and manufacturing diagrams accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaDocument daily work activity and progress in production recordsAssist with other duties as assigned by the supervisorQualificationsPrior experience assembling HVAC or refrigeration systems preferredSkilled in soldering and working with copper tubing/fittingsProficient with measuring tools such as tape measures and scalesComfortable reading and following technical documentation, blueprints, and schematicsPreferred SkillsBasic computer proficiency (for documentation purposes)Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanshipAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredTechnical training in HVAC, mechanical assembly, or a related field is a plusWhy Join Us?Competitive pay with scheduled raisesOpportunity for growth and long-term stabilityWork with a skilled and supportive teamBe part of a respected company known for excellence in manufacturingAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
