The Successful Candidate Will . . . * Troubleshoot dish machine operations and correct mechanical problems. * Up-sell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers. * Provide on-call emergency service. * Collect customer payments and consistently follow-up to ensure accounts are current. * Deliver and pick-up chemicals. * Build rapport with decision makers. * Resolve customer concerns. * Train customers on proper usage of cleaners & sanitizers. * Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases. Requirements: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations: * Have a valid driver's license. * Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, physical position. * Ability to safely drive a company vehicle. * Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds. * Driving or mechanical experience preferred * May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations.
