Has the ability to maintain a pleasant demeanor and attitude that will foster a welcoming environment for our guests. Has the ability to multi-task and function well under pressure. Is familiar with OpenTable or a similar platform. Is proficient in the use of POS systems and/or able to quickly learn and utilize these programs. Expresses an eagerness to continue learning and staying up-to-date with our industry. Possesses a fluent understanding of the basic functions of a high volume, upscale restaurant.
