Shipper

Brandt Industries USA Ltd. is currently seeking a Shipper for its Bloomington location. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Corporate Warehouse Person will be responsible for various warehouse duties including order fulfillment, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities * Assist in receiving, unloading, and storing incoming inventory items. * Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. * Conduct periodic inventory counts and assist with cycle counts. * Participate in annual inventory count * Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space. * Follow company policies and procedures regarding shipping, receiving, and safety protocols. * Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency * Report any discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors promptly. #LI-oniste Required Skills * Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. * Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Required Experience * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred but not required. * Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime during peak periods.
