Omakase Room-DC is seeking an experienced  Dishwasher  to join our intimate team in Washington DC.   Job Description Looking for a helper that can work at least 35 to 40+ hours a week Performs any combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and counter tops. Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers. Washes pots, pans, and trays by hand. Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand. Washes and peels vegetables and seafood, using knife. Be able to grill and steam seafoods. Organize supplies and food in storage area. Assists chef in order for smooth operation. Maintains good attitude under pressure.
