Field Service Technician- Northern IN

Qualifications: * Related service technician experience of two through five years or equivalent certified technical training on industrial equipment that utilizes PLC/HMI driven motion control * Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and professionally represent the company are critical requirements * Knowledge of industrial electronics, wiring, and electro-mechanical troubleshooting * Knowledge of CNC turning centers, specifically sliding headstock lathes, is a plus * Must possess above-average computer skills and be able to use Windows and other software packages such as Salesforce Lightning Duties: * Participate in installation, repairs, and maintaining the equipment while adding value for the customer * Travel on-site for troubleshooting any issues our customer has with machinery * Receive briefing from fellow Technical Support associates prior to customer visit.
