Black Cat/Bramble and Hare, a Green Michelin Star restaurant located in the heart of downtown Boulder, is seeking a talented and passionate sous chef or an experienced line cook to join our team. We are looking for someone driven by a commitment to excellence and creativity. This role requires proven culinary experience and a dynamic mindset, as our menu changes daily to showcase the freshest harvests from our 500-acre certified organic farm. Our sous chefs play a vital role in crafting exceptional dishes using ingredients sourced directly from our fields. Responsibilities include working with daily farm harvests, whole animal butchery, charcuterie, scratch cooking, and developing dynamic, seasonal menus. All employees participate in a structured tip pool designed to ensure fair and transparent distribution.
