This is a unique opportunity to join a team of industry-leading talent, committed to elevating a restaurant with a deeply-rooted legacy.   Now Hiring:   A dedicated and detail-oriented   Restaurant Receiver.  In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are received accurately, efficiently, and stored in compliance with Department of Health (DOH) standards, supporting the restaurant’s high standards of quality, safety, and organization.   This position offers a comprehensive package including: An Hourly Rate of $18.00 - $19.00 Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits Coverage Paid Vacation Time and Sick Time Commuter Benefit Program Referral Bonus Programs Dining Discounts at over 25 Affiliated STARR Restaurants Opportunity for Career Advancement and Professional Growth Desired qualifications:   2+ years of receiver experience busy metropolitan restaurants The ability to receive ordered merchandise and double check quality of deliveries Dependability to assess drop-offs of kitchen supplies, produce, meat, dairy, seafood, dry goods, etc., Confidence in rejecting unacceptable merchandise and distribute orders in accordance to DOH The ability to conduct inventory checks and perform other duties as outlined by Chefs and BOH Managers Punctual, hard-working, dependable with high attention to detail Babbo is an equal-opportunity employer.
