JOB DETAILS Neos Americana and Café Neos are hiring a reliable, fast-moving   Dishwasher   to join our kitchen support team. This is a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of both our back and front-of-house environments. We’re seeking someone who is consistent, self-motivated, and proud to be the backbone of our kitchen. POSITION OVERVIEW As Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of our kitchen, dish area, restrooms, and floors. Your work directly supports our culinary and service teams, ensuring that they can focus on executing food and hospitality with excellence. This is a great entry-level position for someone with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in the restaurant industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operate the dish machine to clean all dishware, cookware, utensils, and small wares. Keep the dish pit, storage areas, and trash stations clean, organized, and stocked. Sweep and mop all front-of-house areas, including entryways and café seating. Clean and sanitize guest and employee bathrooms daily, ensuring they are fully stocked. Assist with cleaning kitchen floors, mats, drains, and surfaces during and after service. Remove and replace trash, recycling, and compost bins as needed. Assist with restocking paper products and cleaning supplies throughout the day. Support deep cleaning tasks and health inspection prep as directed by the chef team. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience preferred but not required—willing to train the right candidate. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to move quickly, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for long periods. Must be comfortable working independently and staying on task. Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
