James Beard Award-winning chef Sean Brock makes his West Coast debut this August with darling , a new restaurant in the heart of West Hollywood. The menu focuses on live-fire cooking centered on the vibrant, seasonal ingredients Southern California has to offer. The adjoining space, bar darling, houses a listening bar that offers a different kind of escape—vinyl records spun on a world-class hi-fi sound system, paired with thoughtful cocktails in an intimate setting. We are currently hiring ALL Back of the House Hourly positions: AM Prep Cooks Line Cooks Pastry Cooks Stewards About you: We’re building a passionate, tight-knit team to help bring this exciting concept to life. Ideal candidates have: Experience and Passion Minimum of 1.5 years working in a chef-driven kitchen or hospitality setting Genuine passion for hospitality and the culinary arts Interest in being part of a small, dedicated opening team Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully from day one Mindset and Values Respectful, team-oriented attitude aligned with our core values and principles Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and pride in your work Commitment to maintaining a positive, professional, and collaborative environment Skills and Knowledge Solid understanding of food safety standards and kitchen procedures Familiarity with foundational cooking techniques (for applicable roles) Clear and effective communication skills, both with team members and guests Cleanliness and Compliance High standards for cleanliness, organization, and overall kitchen hygiene Dedication to creating and maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe workspace Valid Food Handler’s Card is strongly preferred Positions require: Full availability (5 days per week) We Offer: Engaging and creative work environment Full time schedules with set days off Option to enroll in employer-sponsored health insurance plans Competitive pay, including tips
