We are looking for an upbeat and passionate line cook to join our team at Chi Spacca - Nancy Silverton's ode to Italian grilling at the Mozzaplex corner. We are a small restaurant (58 seats, including patio and counter) so each individual crew member is very important in the execution of our nightly service. We run with 3 or 4 cooks on the line, depending on the flow of service. This position is full time, with flexibility for the right candidate. Typical hours: 2-3pm start, finishing nightly between 10:30-11:45pm. We have an open format kitchen with a Chef's Counter - ability to engage guests with your personality while cooking is a plus! We use wood fire and open grill cooking methods, and do all of our own butchery and charcuterie in house. This is a great place to learn new skills, and hone the ones you already have. Chef Nancy is present often, and certainly involved. At least 1-2 years experience preferred. Come join our dream team!
