BOH Glassware Manager / Dishwasher – Downtown Brooklyn, NYC Location: Downtown Brooklyn (Commercial Kitchen Space) Compensation: Starting $18/hour We are a fast-paced, NYC-based meal delivery service currently seeking a dependable and proactive  BOH Glassware Manager / Dishwasher   to support our culinary team with kitchen operations, packaging quality assurance, and inventory management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for food to thrive in a collaborative and energetic kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: The key role in this position is managing the flow of all glassware packaging - including washing/processing returned and outgoing glassware, inventory management, and the organization of BOH supplies.  Operate independently throughout production shifts, managing tasks with minimal oversight Execute and uphold glassware quality and safety standards, including inventory control Support back-of-house (BOH) operations, including food storage and inventory management Effectively manage your station and proactively complete daily opening, closing and weekly tasks Maintain a clean, efficient, and safe kitchen environment, leading with kindness and consideration Requirements: Available Thursday through Monday for shifts of 8+ hours (Must be available Sundays and Mondays) Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a professional, team-oriented attitude Valid   NYC Food Protection Certificate   required If you're a motivated, detail-oriented culinary professional looking to contribute to a growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
