Rubber Mixer - $24.72/HR+ $1.00 on 3rd Shift SHIFT: 11PM-7AMKey ResponsibilitiesMix ingredients into the Banbury mixer, monitor temperature, and drop batchesMonitor computer console to ensure proper mix recipesWeigh raw materials per formulated recipes using scales; adjust portions to specified weightsRead and follow formula/recipe to determine material types and quantitiesRecord material weights for production tracking or maintain perpetual inventoryDump materials in prescribed sequence into roller-mounted boxesTransfer weighed materials to production or storage areas using rollers or hand trucksSort weighed materials into designated bins/containers by type or weightOperate the 84? mill: start, monitor, cut, and end milling cycles per procedureSheet, stack, and pack rubber—both manually and automatically—for shippingMaintain operator-controlled quality throughout all processesComplete all Mixvision and SAP transactions accuratelyWeigh and deliver mixed rubber to appropriate areasKeep work area clean, neat, and safePerform other duties as assigned by supervisionQualificationsProven ability to follow detailed recipes and proceduresComfortable using computerized control consoles and inventory systemsPhysically able to lift, bend, push, and stand for extended periodsAbility to wear respirator and other required PPEStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAs part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
