Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage charter school construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational facility construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering projects that meet our high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Lead and manage charter school and commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, including school administrators and boards, to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.Team Coordination: Coordinate and supervise project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient project execution.Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to address any deviations.Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and Hubrich Contracting's quality standards.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and daily logs. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.QualificationsEducation: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on educational or institutional facilities.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
