Senior Preconstruction Manager Education/Municipal MarketsLocation: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid up to 16 hours/week)Winter Construction is hiring a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating and preconstruction work across our Education and Municipal markets.
