What Youll DoManage 35 active multifamily renovation projects (unit upgrades + capital improvements)Create budgets, scopes of work, and project schedules using Excel & SmartsheetLead and coordinate reliable subcontractors across multiple tradesEnsure full OSHA compliance and jobsite safetyStreamline procurement, scheduling, and delivery across multiple propertiesMaintain detailed records: before/after photos, milestone tracking, daily logsWork closely with property managers, vendors, and clients to ensure satisfaction Must-Have SkillsProven experience in multifamily rehab and CapEx project managementStrong understanding of Massachusetts building codes and OSHA safety proceduresTech-savvy: Excel, Smartsheet, Procore (or similar tools)Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to changeA solid network of subcontractors is a big plus!?
